You’re not going to push a 9070XT to its limits in most scenarios with that cpu (I rarely see more than 70-75% GPU usage) but I personally would still get the XT. Or you could consider the 9070 and a RAM upgrade.
I went 32->64 and I have found the sim a lot smoother. Rarely does it say it’s using more than 32 but hugely reduces stutters, no doubt about it.
