A non-existent mountain near Iquitos, Peru

Hello, I want to inform the community that taking off from the SPQT airport heading south there is a mountain in the middle of the jungle as seen in the image.

flew into Iquitos on my Amazon river tour. There is a noticeable terrain spike visable to the south of the airport.
