A plea to Marketplace livery developers

Would it be too much to ask of you to put airline call signs in all of your liveries. Some have them, a lot of them don’t so what we get is just ‘Airbus’. Yes, I know we can do it manually by going into the customization settings, but it is a pain in the rear to do it every time. Most freeware livery have call signs in them. If they don’t, on a PC it’s easy for me to go into configuration file and add “United” and any random number to the file and it saves the user from having to do this every time. However, this can’t be done on Xbox or marketplace items. We have to rely on you. It’s not expected on freeware but it is expected on marketplace liveries. We paid for it. Please I beg of you to do this to each livery and update on the marketplace. It’s easy to do and won’t take much of your time. To not do it is just lazy.

It had to be said if it hasn’t been already.

Hi,
I saw that you tagged 4simmers and fsoares in this, so I assume that this message is mostly (or especially) meant for those companies. Just a heads up that between those two companies, I’m only aware of one representative in the forums, and they’re not very active here. You may wish to try writing them at these email addresses: fsoares.sd@gmail.com, and here: support@4simmers.com.
Hope that helps!

Yes thank you I have already emailed them both. But the message should still go out to all livery developers in my opinion because I am sure they aren’t the only ones.

If you want a specific registration you can modify the aircraft.cfg file.

i.e.
atc_id = “N12345” ; tail number

I’m talking Xbox here. Sorry, I thought I tagged it.

Understood. BravoAirspace here.
Do you have our hangars ? If so, atc should read out the airlines. Correct?

Let me know.

Take care.

Hey buddy, you can go ahead and add BravoAirspace to your list.

Thanks.
