Does the butt kicker not use audio as it’s source. Surely if audio is used and there are good engine sounds it should work. What am I missing?
Thanks. Lighter than the airliners then?
I honestly don’t really fly airliners.
Just an FYI to those that use the TDS GTNXi and fly on VATSIM the audio panel on the GTNXi doesn’t work on vPilot with this aircraft. You have to use the Narco audio panel.
Oh, has anybody been able to get the marker beacon lights to light up? You should to be able to push them in to test them, but I haven’t been able to get mine to light.
The three buttons/lights above the radio buttons? I think so, but I’ll double check tonight. I didn’t really fly anyway with it last night, just got things set up in SPAD for an hour or two, but I’ll check what they do in flight as well.
Hold left mouse down, and right click.
Ahh, I was just trying to click on them.
Does someone know where I can report Bugs?
best is to suscribe to their forum, even if I guess they scan this thread , I saw them pretty reactive on their forum https://a2asimulations.com/forum/index.php
Yes they have their own physics engine, called AccuSim version 2, previous sims used version 1. They stated that version 2 is a complete rewrite from version 1 using the lessons they had learned and is obviously written for MSFS.
So yes it would seem at face value that any claim this wasn’t developed specifically for MSFS is completely false. The fact they spent years getting to their first release is another clue that this is not a port from any previous sim.
If this is a port, its the best I’ve ever seen.
I’ve had some very nice bottles of vintage port that would give it a run for its money!
The thing I like most about the Comanche, are the sun visors. Turbulence or some acrobatic maneauvering and those things flap around. Reminds me of my old Volkswagen Transporter. A little bumb and those things came down. Loving it.
Hi Len,
Our flight model aerodynamics are 100% outside MSFS including wind physics (we read the weather conditions reported by the simulator). This is why the airplane feels different as it flies through the air. We started developing this system three years ago, and this has been a dream of ours for some time so I hope everyone enjoys it. It should feel very fluid and natural.
Scott
My reading of Scott’s comment above is that the the Accusim engine reads the weather conditions reported by MSFS, but even the wind physics are generated by the Accusim engine.

So for those that have flown it so far, would it be fair to say we should disable FSRealistic for this one, or at least most of its features?
After reading through this thread, I have the same question.
I did some circuits last night while testing my SPAD config, and I turned FSR off completely.
I’m not convinced that it offers anything for this plane, and I’ll just end up turning things off, unless I want the screaming when I do something dangerous.
I’ll go through them one by one, but from an audio point of view, if these folks were dragging their plane backwards with a truck to get clean audio recordings from the cockpit, I fail to see what FSR can add to that.
I know it has a high price point, but something I was thinking of on the way in to work this morning regarding how you would sell this to a prospective purchaser was this.
If you are one of those struggling with take-offs, and landings, and keeping the plane on or close to the centre line, and thinking “God, I’m terrible at this!”, get this plane, and possibly re-evaluate your skill level.
I was using FSRealistic with most GA planes but didn’t miss it at all with this one. I for my part would recommend not using it as kind of every sound that could possibly be there when flying is included already. What you might miss is the “people sounds”. But thats kind of it.
