Brief description of the issue:
If you move the landing gear lever to neutral or up position while on ground, it is not posible to set it back to down position.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
while on battery, ground power or APU power, move the landing gear lever to the neutral position.
The Master warning trigger, and when you try to move the lever to the low position it is not posible.
