Send to avionics does not work for A310

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Select departure from KCLE

  2. Enter KCLE to KLGA flight plan in EFB and use auto route

  3. Select send to avionics

  4. You will see the waypoints are very wrong - does not match EFB at all

Sorry for hijacking the report, but I think this is a general problem for all inibuilds planes.
I like to create flight plans in Simbrief and then export them to the default route planner to use the LIDO charts. Unfortunately, exporting flightplans from the SB plugin will result in a corrupted flight plan in the FMC.
Therefore I use the “copy” button in simbrief route description and paste it in the free text route box in the EFB route planner instead.

Can confirm this is an issue with all the default iniBuilds Airbus airliners (the Atlas doesn’t have any import from the EFB at all yet).

An alternative is to reset the MCDU by swapping nav databases between primary and secondary on the Data page. Once this is done it will clear out all the imported data from the EFB and you can use the traditional SimBrief import via INIT REQUEST.
