[A319, A320, A321] Fenix High-Fidelity Aircraft

Still no video on the lower ECAM with animated FAs. Disappointed :stuck_out_tongue:

This sets a very high bar.
A bar that has needed to be raised for an awfully long time. A bar that has been artificially set low by some long term leeches.

Congratulations to Aamir and his team. It looks to be the most beautiful simulation ever.

I can’t wait to fly it.

Is there any info if sending events and reading and setting LVARs with SPAD.neXt and MobiFlight and so on will be supported at release?

I (and quite a few other people) have asked this question over and over again in their Discord, but never received a straight response. So at this point we have to wait and see once it gets released.

I for one won’t buy this otherwise absolutely fantastic aircraft if there’s no way of integrating with my hardware, this would be a deal breaker for me…

It’ll never happen. It’ll only expose the console to nasty stuff and create serious security issues.

Thanks for your answer! I agree, not really interested in having to click around with the mouse.

The sounds and visuals in that video .. Wow!

I didn’t think I would get both the 737 and this but if it performs well in VR and has VR controller support, there is no way I will be able to resist

I am not a a320 fan but I guess i will buy this too
I hope we will see a big airbus from this company

One thing I’d like to know, can this be paused without the fuel continuing to be burned? This is an issue with the 737 from PMDG that affects my ability to use it as I tend to need to walk away from the sim to tend to stuff around the house etc, sometimes for an hour or more.

Is the Prosim base that the fenix uses a remote server or is it bundled with the addon for local installation?

So do we have the release date yet?

Don’t think so

No, and it’s a little pretentious. At least give us a We are hoping for X Date!

Nonsense.
The 737 is wonderful! So will be the 320.
Those two machines in our hangars is a dream!
Next time try to say something positive without needing to be negative to someone else.
Especially when the statement is so distortedly exagerrated that it is essentially false.

Let’s agree that if one is great the others don’t have to be bad.

You can like 'm all in different ways. Flight Simming has always been like this. Eventually developers inspire each other too to new and neat stuff and we only get to be the better of all that.

I have the PMDG 737 and will get this too! Best of both worlds and I still fly the CRJ.

What about the missed approach on the ND…? All videos are without it…

Yup, sadly, agreed. There’s no way Microsoft would allow external applications on a closed system.

The thrill of seeing the Phoenix Airbus rising (maybe today maybe tomorrow) - is only now!

After that release we won´t see such glorious study-level airliner greatness for the next 2 to 4 years until PMDG and Fenix come with their next project releases.

I follow him on YouTube and watched that too. It really does look excellent. To be fair the default A320 model visually doesn’t look wildly different or anything but obviously that’s where the comparions end. The rest is clearly unparalleled in it’s execution and design.

I’m a little disappointed that it’ll never come to Xbox, but not hugely bothered as I prefer the slightly more hands on nature of the Boeing flight deck, and I know the PMDG boeing range is coming to Xbox. And the 146 too, which is really what I want. But I digress, the Fenix does look very good indeed.
