While enroute if I want to change destination airport from KEWR to KJFK in A320 Neo do I use the flightbag or go to the MCDU. Looked around and could not find anything to delete or edit a flight to a new airport.

That’s what I frequently did IRL.
But perhaps you’re just diverting to your alternate airport. You have options. Considering the proximity of Newark to Kennedy, perhaps use the ALTN F-PLN.
Thanks RB. Perfect. Right under my nose. I finally appreciate the value of a good flight instructor. Now I start the plane up, crash, then try to go online to figure out what I did wrong. It was easier when I had a real flight instructor, who could yell at me BEFORE I crashed the plane. Plus, the FBO would probably not rent me another plane if I destroyed one. LOL.
