TAT and SAT values are like this, should I use engine anti ice now? What are the air temperature values required to use engine anti ice?
I think it’s: TAT below 10; SAT above -40 (anything in excess of -40 means that you won’t get ice forming). For both, you have to be going through moisture.

No, because SAT is in excess of -40
ENGINE ANTI ICE must be ON during all ground and flight operations, when icing conditions exist, or are anticipated, except during climb and cruise when the SAT is below -40 °C. However, turning on Anti Ice to De Ice an engine is a recipe for disaster and shutting the gate after the horse has bolted, as large chunks of ice can and will damage the engine causing catastrophic failure.
