I was at 38000 feet and ATC said to descend to 26000 feet, but the descend didn´t work. I had to remove AP, if I want to descend and do it manually. This happens after last update.

for me is all fine, no problem at decent
You’re in manual throttle mode again. Look at the top left of the PFD. You’re also on the brink of overspeeding so the aircraft wont pitch the nose down, like in your other thread. I can see you have the throttle position really close to being in the CLB position, but its not exactly there. Try moving it slightly forward or backward until you see the throttle position indicator switch to THR IDLE on the PFD. You can adjust the range of the CLB detent using the Flypad mounted by the window to your left.
BubblyDruid is entirely right. the FBW “mod” is getting as close as possible to the real Airbus A20N specs and performances. When you are litterally at 1kt from overspeeding, the plane would just not “dive” because it is unsafe. You would indeed as he suggest have to either throttle down manually, or set in “climb” mode, and reduce speed on your AP, before even considering to lower the nose.
