I had a strange issue where my fly by wire would not engage the arc map like my multplayer friend his was fine but mine was stuck in ILS mode i show below my controls for the journey
The mod is installed using msfsaddons mod linker which works by creating a symbolic link to the add on folder. Im wondering could that be an issue is their a way to tell inside the sim that the mod is properly installed.

You’re right, they should be on, but that “plan” ND display shouldn’t be there if they aren’t aligned.
Which, in itself, is odd.
I don’t think a symbolic link affects anything, it just makes MSFS believe your file is in the community folder.
I use them all the time with no issues, but I just use them for scenery.
However, it wouldn’t hurt to try putting the mod directly in your community folder to find out.
How old is your version of the mod?
Isn’t this the Copilot side? If you switch this side to ARC, only the ND on the Copilot side will switch to ARC. If you want the ARC to display on the Pilot side ND, you need to switch this to ARC on your side of the cockpit.
What livery are you using? I noticed this morning that the latest FBW doesn’t work with the Microsoft Test Pilot livery (no copilot displays at all, stuck on rose on pilot side ND). I haven’t had a chance to dig into why exactly.
