ISSUE DESCRIPTION
A320neo V2 aircraft model cease to respond to neither user inputs nor simulator / flight model inputs (dedicated internal service crashed?) in mid-flight : impossible to interact in any way with the aircraft (keyboard, controller, mouse…), autopilot cease to work as intended (aircraft continuing straight forward and oscillating in altitude as if no autopilot and all control surfaces frozen), all instruments frozen except the clock (but chronometer is frozen like all others). In the mean time, the other simulator services continue to work as expected (ATC keeps requesting frequency changes, User can answer, the aircraft is moving within the map, the EFB is working..).
As a side note: unable to skip flight phase, so your flight is unrecoverable. Found no workaround.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Encountered only once during my first long-haul flight (~12h passenger flight), will update if I encounter it again.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Start long-haul flight with the A320 neo v2 (other aircraft?)

… ? (was not in front of my screen when the issue triggered : I was AFK while in cruise with simrate set to x2)
(I will update if I manage to find a pattern or if I can reproduce with other aircraft or shorter flights)
