If all add-ons are gone, then how does Safe mode work but isolating community folder and deleting most marketplace mods not work?

These addons are all I have after deleting MP addons and isolating community folder
In addition, when i do isolate the community folder, another one is created in normal mode, but no files are inside as of now

This is correct, MSFS automatically creates an empty one if it detects that is missing during launch.
To reactivate your community folder where your mods are, just delete the empty one and rename your backup one to âCommunity Folderâ.

I wonder, would deleting all the fs files in the packages folders be safe? The last time I did this, the game was in a black screen but some websites say this may help as the sim would automatically reinstall it? Is it true?
It should be safe to do, as you mention, the sim is designed to detect the missing files and will reinstall them.
What I would do is when you remove the files, keep them somewhere safe until you have the sim up and running again.
However, before you do that, I recall the T6 texan causing similar issues a while ago.
Try uninstalling that, and if you have any other Reno content, those as well.
Iâm not so sure that removing all those FS files will do much good.
I found the T6 common package but I canât seem to uninstall it, which is really sad. What do I do now?
Shut down the sim, remove the T6 folder, restart the sim.
Let the sim rebuild it.

There was just the one âasobo-aircraft-t6-reno-commonâ folder that I deleted. The Sim reinstalled the folder as predicted but issue persists
Edit 1: Nevermind, there are more than one folder, sorry, just found out

Doing this rn and found this error message among the sea of others (Itâs very complicated trying to decipher all of them)

I went to this folder and found no such âinibuilds-A320.wasmâ file under the panel folder. Could this be the fault?
Great news, I deleted the âMicrosoft-aircraft-a320neoâ and microsoft-aircraft-a320-enhanced" and now the plane doesnât have this glitch anymore.
Got to keep this in mind, delete the files corresponding to the plane regardless of community or official as long as the sim rebuilds it
