Lately its getting a joke can barely see the ailerons on occasions needs to be sorted

Can you be a bit more clear on your issue? Why are you having issues with seeing the ailerons? Is there a specific need why you need to see the ailerons. And if you have a video or a screenshot that can show us what is it you’re really having an issue with, that would be great. At least so that the rest of us can understand what you really mean by it.
On external camera the heat from the engines causes this weird blurry effect which gets worse as time goes on the ailerons and elevators become blurry
That’s what hot air is suppose to do. It refracts light making it blurry. Perhaps as I said in my previous post. If you have a screenshot that you can show us on what you think is a problem, perhaps we can understand the same way.
Because on my screen, the heat blur effect is nothing out of the ordinary, as it should.

Yeah, that’s how it suppose to look. I’m not seeing it as an issue based on that screenshot. The engine heat blur effect looks pretty realistic to me.
Maybe have you tried adjusting your graphics settings? Is that a thing on the Xbox? I never had an Xbox so I don’t know if that is possible. Perhaps if you can, setting everything to its lowest settings might disable some of the special effects. Maybe it could disable the heat effect entirely.

Unfortunately we can’t on the xbox… also like I said that photo doesn’t really show how bad it is… yes I’ve had it show slightly and that ain’t too bad but lately its extreme blur 
Sadly this bug affects all airplanes that use the default MSFS effect and was never fixed. Shame on Asobo for never acknowledging the issue, and that all reports have been regularly moved to other categories, as if it was not a bug.
