A320Neo Managed Speed in Mach/Knots - Keyboard Bindings

There are default key bindings for switching between MACH and KNOTS on the AP Speed display on the Neo.
Pressing the toggle button on the virtual cockpit switches between Knots and MACH properly, but pressing INS/DEL (which are the default key bindings for Mach and Knots) doesnt seem to do anything?

I never needed to change Mach and knots, since they automatically change at the appropriate conditions in the flight anyway.
