How can I change the default fuel load?
If you use the sim brief profile I’ve found that between p10 and p11 is an accurate consumption adjustment.
You can change the fuel via the upper MSFS menu or with the EFB or even most conveniently by loading the SimBrief OFP fuel portion via the MCDU.

Has anyone experienced situation in which A320 does not consume (FOB) fuel at all?
Despite usual FF, FOB value does not change. Simultaneously there seem to be a normal fuel consumption.
Turn off unlimited fuel
