Is there any explanation why lights switches in a320Nx is not working at all? Everything is uptodate, SU7 version 1,21,13,0 also latest stable FBW a320Nx installed. Cant figure out why switches in screenshot below does not work? The switches does not move or change, its like its locked.

I have this problem too. 
What controls are you using? Do you use Honeycomb Alpha/Bravo? I solved the issue by checking keybindings. For some reason after the latest update my Bravo Quadrant was mapped to all thoose lights, after removing the bindings the problem was gone.
I just have one gaming joystick(like PS4, XBOX etc.) which is connected to my pc, one keyboard and one mouse.
I am pretty sure its mapped somewhere, look on all devices you are using. Keyboard and all other controls you have connected. Once you find it delete re-assign then only in one place.
