A32nx arrival flight plan issues

I can’t find if there is any specific thread for the A32nx like there is for the PMDG could be one to have if it isn’t already made and I cant find it…

I love the exp version of the A32nx and love the TOD vnav and what not but recently for the life of me, my arrivals set up just isn’t working and I end up with weird random waypoints and routes like over the airport etc…
Is there a little trick I am missing or is it just the nature of the exp version (which I updated every time) that you guys know about and what are the work arounds you use.

There are times I try clearing a waypoint, for example, the one that goes to Belfast first but it wont let me…
also I have found a number of times now that the option for intersections for rnav or ils wont appear like the one I selected in the navigraph pic above
