A32NX flight plan odd behaviour

I had a Navigraph subscription, and I enjoyed flying EGLL - EGJJ on several occasions without any dramas. I created my flight plan in simbrief, then imported it once inside the cockpit.

I would add my SID and STAR In the MCDU then remove any discontinuities and enjoy my ILS into Jersey.

Now that the subscription has ended, I have since tried this flight more than once, the same SID and STAR are available, but when I’m getting closer to my destination, the flight plan keeps adding and removing a DECEL waypoint, and the arrival of all over the place.

I’ve no idea what is going on, simbrief is happy with my latest airac cycle and the flight plan looked fine when it was all input, i checked it all before departure, but it now goes crazy. Any ideas what is going on here?

Maybe due to unsubscribing you got in trouble with the airac cycles. Because in Simbrief you’re fallback to an older one and have an actual one in the MCDU.
Just a thought.

I checked and simbrief says the airac is 2208 - OUTDATED, but I don’t know what you mean by having the actual one in the MCDU. How can I tell what airac cycle I have in the MCDU?

Surely I can still fly even with outdated airac cycle as long as simbrief and A32NX match, which I would hope they do as I’ve not updated anything since the subscription ended.

Maybe people could provide better advice if you showed us what is actually wrong with your arrival.

Yes indeed, I could make a video on Youtube and someone could maybe help. Thank you.

Orrrr you could just post screenshots of your MFC’s flight plan page and the ND…

Here’s my flight plan in simbrief

This is how the approach to EGJJ usually looks like after I enter my STAR LELN1J and this used to work just fine.

Now when i’m decending toward LELNA1J, I see the following two screenshots alternating, basically changing the route back and forth back and forth.

The flight plan and airac cycle are the same as when I had the navigraph subscription its just an outdated airac cycle, but as the SID and STAR still exist in the A32NX I was under the impression they should work without the subscription.

The ND might be having trouble drawing the correct route because it contains some pretty sharp turns, and you’re pretty fast at 320kn ground speed. Once you slow down, it’ll likely sort itself out.
