The managed speeds calculated by the FMS are too low for the given Cost Index.
While of course CI speed calculations are quite a bit more complex than what I could detail in this post, the below give you some rough estimates and make it easy to see how the simulated A330 deviates from them.
Climb: 300/.805
Cruise: .805
Descent: .805/270
CI 80 should give you:
320/.825
.825
.825/320
