A400M Autopilot / Autothrottle Binds Do Not Work

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

The A400M does not react to the default joystick bindings for TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER and ARM AUTO THROTTLE.

Note: The inibuilds A320neo and A330s do react properly to these commands.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Bind joystick buttons to TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER and ARM AUTO THROTTLE.
  2. In free flight, try activating the autopilot using the joystick button bound to TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER.
  3. Try disabling and re-enabling the auto throttle using the joystick button for ARM AUTO THROTTLE.

I can confirm that this is still a problem.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

The “switch autopilot” binding does not work on the A400M.

This is a repost of A400M Autopilot / Autothrottle Binds Do Not Work which was closed due to lack of activity, but the issue is here after SU5 (@INTJMastermind and @DopeEx22 I kindly invite you to contribute to this one to increase visibility). I did not try to reproduce the ‘autothrottle switch’ issue.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

100% of the time.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Fly the A400M

  2. Try to switch the autopilot or autothrottle using a controller binding.

No.

Reproduced also for the A320neo (V2) but only for disconnecting the autopilot (connecting the autopilot works fine).
