A400M Refuses to move when spawned cold and dark

If you use external control software (Spad.next, Axis and Ohs, FSUIPC etc) then maniulating the L:INI_CHOCKS_ENABLED LVAR, set to 1 for on, and 0 for off. Triggers the chocks enabled/disabled in the EFB, you see the green toast notification, and it seems to unlock the chocks
