That’s because it’s an invalid entry The Max ZFW of the -10 is 192,776kgs.
This is working as intended. The FMC does not accept ZFW entries above the max ZFW (192,800kg), which was taken from the manufacturer provided FCOM.

Ah, okay.
I was surprised, because weight and balance manager didn’t show any warning, that max zfw has been exceeded, so I was sure I’m within weight limits.
Thanks

OK, so what are the steps to rectify this issue? I’ve switched to hybrid and it doesn’t work and so I’m back on the US System presently. It continues to pull up the “292.4” for the ZFW. If it’s importing a kg into a system that’s aimed at the US System, then the weight displayed SHOULD be in lbs, not kgs. At this rate, no entry in 3L is accepted.
