Acknowledge option is missing from ATC window

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Can’t confirm ATC instructions. After landing and asking for authorization to taxi to the parking, the only option I have is Repeat, but I can’t confirm the instructions.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

It happens sometimes, not always.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Land in an airport

  2. Contact ground and ask for permission to taxi to gates

  3. ATC replies, but Confirming instructions is not available. Only repeat option.

Landed at Asturias LEAS and got the Acknowledge Taxi Clearance option:

Could be an intermittent issue as you mentioned.
Are you only missing the “Acknowledge Taxi Clearance” or others acknowledgment types too ?

Hello.

Yes, it is something intermitent. I frequently flight to this airport and most times it works fine. This was the second time I experienced the same issue.
I don’t miss any other communication messages.

This is a tricky one because I’ve experienced it maybe a dozen times in almost 2 years of use, but it’s impossible to intentionally reproduce. I don’t know enough about the SDK to try and debug it live to see if there’s any insight to be gained there, so on the front end side it just seems totally random.
