Additionally, all of my Flight Training & Landing Challenges progress/scores appear to be erased, but the interface issue posted above makes it difficult to know for certain. Oddly, my Bush Trip progress is retained. I’ve definitely completed all the base-sim Landing Challenges and have the achievement.

No progress shown on the main activities screen. Clearly an issue of the beta.
Reset of all progress for non bush trip activities. This is a pain, I once had it some time ago when killing the process early during startup. I doubt this is specific for the beta.
I talked about the missing percentage on the main overview page, not on the lost percentage in general. I had that some time ago and it never came back
