Add a post flight walk around/tie down!

Some misc thoughts:

Some planes do let you click covers/chocks back on, but it’s plane-dependent, much like the discussion on planes that immediately teleport you into and out of the cockpit when you open the door.
For planes that don’t support clicking covers/chocks back on, it can be done by turning on dev mode and using the debug menu for it.

Wear & tear is active during free flight, but there’s no obvious/convenient way of persisting it between flights, so usually you’d only notice if you severely damaged a component within a single flight (an easy one to try is overspeeding flaps until they break).

You actually can carry wear & tear over between flights if you use the hidden save/load function for .flt files:
