It is impossible in ms2024 to change avatars during the flight, we have to quit the flight and go to the Main screen.
As a result if I change the airplane from, let me say, C-172 to L-39C I have to re-customize dressings of my Identity - add a helmet, a military-style uniform (And this is not possible for my co-pilot), and after the flight, taking an A320 for example I have to re-customize again.
Yes we should have access to the Avatars directly from the in session settings menu, Also maybe have a checkbox option that allows your co-pilot auto match your avatars uniform, if you are wearing a uniform.
And, as mentioned above, there is no way to select a uniform for our co-pilots currently at all.
Just to add, we should also have the ability to save and name our own presets, so we don’t have to waste time fiddling with all of these options. E.g., “Cold-Weather GA pilot”, “Summertime GA pilot”, etc
And pilots doing walk around need reflective jackets like ground staff
