Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.21.13.0

which aircraft and where did you get them from? Perhaps the community can help

I’ve got the Project Mega Pack A330-300 and the Native A330-900neo from flightsim.to
Both freeware since I didn’t want to spend money knowing there could be problems with them

Hi,
Make sure that MSFS has not been launched in secure mode, which causes third party addons to appear as disabled.

The mega pack is “double-packed”
The folder that should be in the community folder is not A330Version0.2.2, but PMP _A330_300.

Thanks a lot, that worked
I ended up finding out that the A330neo is also “double-packed” and added the actual folder to the community folder
