Description of the issue:
The developer is not listed in the main view of the FS2024 marketplace as it was in the FS2020 marketplace. The line below the product name no longer includes the developer of the addon. This now requires viewing every addon in the marketplace to identify the creator. This increases the time spent, selecting, reviewing, then returning to the previous screen for each individual addon, from what was previously done with a glance. Also, returning to the previous screen clears any search criteria, further increasing the time spent searching within the marketplace.
The convenience of having the addon creator listed from the full menu view is gone. Please list the developer on the title card of each addon.

I agree with the OP. The developer must be shown at all times, not just on mouse-over, so that we can easily discard products from what we consider low-quality developers while scanning the tiles. For example, I personally don’t want to waste my time hovering over dozens of products from a certain developer (cough…M-----y...cough).
Totally agree. It looks pretty cheap as well when compared to 2020.
There is probably no space because the whole UI is bigger to cater to Xbox… not even an option to scale it down anymore.
Looking at your screenshot, I also want to remark that the 2024 label in the upper left corner of the product looks cheap as well, as if it was added with Paint. Why not make the white transparent…
Definitely required again to be able to immediately ignore the addon-spammer 3rd parties.
Also I was hoping for a general “blacklist” option since FS2020 got flooded with lowest quality content. But that is still not available in FS24.
And the filter for devs is pretty unusable in the current interface design
Due to this, you also don’t see the developer now on their own Development Update Marketplace Updates… it all seems so little thought though, it’s sad…
I agree with the original poster, this lack of front line visible developer information is a serious regression in marketplace usability for me, enough in many cases for me to just give up on marketplace and use only 3rd party addon stores instead, which loses MSFS the commission that would have been earned.
If I was a high quality developer I would be really concerned about my addons becoming anonymised and commoditised in this way.
I really hope they fix the UI in the game so we don’t get a worse experience than in FS20.
