Addon Linker - Official folders - can I link it to the existing "official" folder?

I am trying to set up Addons linker and I’d like to use it to manage the “official” folder as well as the “community” folder, but it appears that the only possible target is the “community” folder.

Is it possible to use Addon linker with the Official folder?  Can I set the target for the “official” files to the “official” folder in the same way I can set the target for “community” content to the “community” folder?

Yes, it is in the advanced features.
You can create an “Official” Folder in a different drive and move some of your official content there.
For official content you may want to have everything linked or turned on because if the sim fails to detect some official content it might try to re-install it.
But it is a great way to save space if your MSFS drive is getting tight.
