No.

There are no key mappings for the zoom function from the menu. You should be able to map them from the controls menu

Thanks Gordon. I would not have got that on my own.

I’m seeing the same thing on my World View since the update. I don’t understand your answer as being solved.

Could you please explain why these key mappings are being displayed in the first place? Is there a way to remove them from the menu?

I didn’t mark as a soluton by the way, only the OP can do that.

The input.key_menu_wm_zoom_decr etc is shown because the sim is trying to show the key mapping that is mapped to zooming in the world map. If there is no key mapping for that, it shows what it shows here. Most people use the mouse scroll wheel for this. If, instead, you mapped a key for that, it would show the key instead. Unfortunately there is a bug because there appears to be no key mapping option for that in the keyboard binding menu. Personally I use an xbox controller in the sim (for the drone camera etc) so for me it shows the xbox controller mappings here rather than the keyboard mappings.

It affects nothing and is cosmetic only.

Perhaps I was a bit premature to mark it “solved”. My question was really “Do I have a corrupt download or is this an anomaly?” Gordon clarified that for me. But yes, the issue still exists and needs a resolution by the programmers. I am surprised that an issue such as this on the “Front Page” was not caught prior to the release. Looks like the PC users were secondary in the rush to get X-Box on line.

Ah, OK, now I get it.

So this is just another fallout to merging Xbox and PC versions, showing key bindings for one system while not having it for the other. I don’t own an Xbox system, so I’m not able to cross-check what each menu shows.

At least I know it is not just my PC showing this type of menu. Thank you for the clarification!

Apparently you can reset your keyboard mapping to DEFAULT if you want and that solves this issue as the new default mapping has keys defined for this.

Thanks. That did change it to [NUM +],[NUM-] to zoom and it was functional.
