Hi @normanwright758 ,

Thank you for this report. We’ve moved your topic into the User Support Hub.

The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.

If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.

If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.

All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.

This is the first in a series of checklists, which is probably a good place to start.
Links to others in the series are at the end of this document.

Not sure if it is exactly the same issue but maybe a re-install will fix it: Help! Main menu defaults to "SUPPORT AND RELEASE NOTES" screen

reinstalled three times….still there

tried all………still there

It is like if your left mouse button was assigned to the TAB key that triggers the access to the “read support and release notes”.
Could you try to move your mouse pointer over “Options” and press 2 times “Enter” instead of clicking on it ?
If it works, go to Controls Options (always press 2 times Enter) and try to reset your mouse profile to the Default one.

If you don’t have to many custom bindings, another option could be to delete the “wgs” folder that contains your controllers profile (make a backup prior to delete) located in :Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData
Then restart the sim.

The only other thing I can think of is this:

Read the warnings before you do this to ensure you know what this does, as you will lose all your saved data.

If this doesn’t work, you should “Submit a Request” for assistance from Zendesk, the link is in the Sim Support tab at the top of each forum page.
