Again after the last update all my graphics settings gone. Asobo, is it so hard to keep this.
Do you have GeForce Experience installed?
My settings stay untouched after every update so there must be something wrong on your end.

My settings didn’t change after SU15 and haven’t for some years.
I agree with the other posts, it seems to be something external, Nvidia GeForce Experience can cause these issues, one thing you might want to do if you do use that tool is save the settings and restore them when an update takes place. Personally I never use Geforce Experience as I dont want it messing with my game settings.
You don’t need to uninstall GFE, just hide MSFS from the games list.

Make sure to disable “Automatic Optimize games and installed application” in your GeForce experience panel .
