When I set the AI traffic to offline, the right side text says:“…use the settings below to customize traffic density”

The setting you are looking for is towards the bottom of the graphics settings.
The setting you’re certainly looking for, is hidden in the Graphics category then Global Rendering Quality, and way below at “Air Traffic”
Could it be more intuitive? It could be efficient and self explicit to have set the two linked parameters not totally separated spread in 2 different locations in settings.
