AI Traffic Density

I have a very general question regarding the AI Traffic in MSFS 2020.
I managed to replace the default “Frankenstein” aircraft by actual airlines liveries with the Aerosoft addon “SIMPLE TRAFFIC” which is quite nice.
The result of this is, that I have quite realistic airlines at airports and in the air, mainly in Europe and North America (a bit less in other parts of the world).
However Simple Traffic just replaces the textures of the default airliners and does nothing else, which means that it uses the default MSFS traffic which can be selected as KI offline traffic or Realistic traffic (I guess the latter means actual airlines timetables).

With the traffic density set at about 30 - 50% percent (and no static traffic) I have the following:

With KI offline I have (Europe / US) tons of traffic both on airports and in the air. It is even difficult to communicate with ATC, as there are constant messages of ATC to AI-airliners (mainly telling them constantly to increase or decrease the flightlevel).

When I change the density slider to other levels (say 10%) I see absolutely no effect because there is still tons of traffic around.

On the other hand, when I switch to Realistic Traffic (instead KI offline) I have only very little traffic all over the place. It seems to increase a little bit over time (around big airports maybe 3 - 6 airplanes) but it does never look realistic.

What are your observations about this and do you see any other possibilities to influence AI-Traffic density (KI-offline or Realistic).

Thanks for any input
Walter

I use Simple Traffic with Live traffic and density settings at 40% with AI Live Traffic take off fix from AIG manager, and it works great.

ST actually delivers departing aircraft, so no workaround / mod needed. I have photos/stills in two threads showing it.

The constant baro calls are because ATC is reading the injected (I.e., AI Offline) altitude incorrectly. That’s a code fix.

Otherwise, behavior of traffic either Online or Off is something that Asobo still needs to work on. For example, go-around behavior, and the tendency for traffic behind the player to overrun/underrun even though they’re not No. 1 for landing.

Thanks for your inputs.
I did not use AIG Manager so far for MSFS 2020, however, I will give it a try.
Do you use this program for other purposes to influence AI traffic behavior?

From the answer of CasualClick I asume that we just have to wait for further Asobo updates that AI traffic becomes more realistic.
