Description of the issue: ATC assignes all traffic to 25C in EDDF. its is highly rare that a landing will take place on 25L. I tried to modify withing the editor but even with 25C set closed for landings all planes land on 25C

All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.
The Problem does also exist in EDDF without any mod airport. This is an AI/ ATC issue becoming even worse than in MSFS2020 because there it works with the same setup. In MSFS2024 there is the problem that ATC only uses one Runway and this is a known problem.
All in all it is very anoying that these issues exist since fs 2004 and have never been really addressed.
