Air Manager connectivity

Hi All. I have a problem that I have seen raised in this and other forums, but have not seen a clear solution that works for me. I am a fairly new user and my set up is MSFS 2024 SU3 running in Windows 11. I have AM 5.0.7 which I view on 2 x 15’ secondary touch monitors and also a SI Knobster. All worked perfectly until a few weeks ago when the AM G1000 bezels stopped changing instruments in the sim.

I have followed all the troubleshooting Connection Problem hints from SI several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AM and the Plug in several times. I have also uninstalled and re installed MSFS 2024 all to no avail. The G1000 soft keys click and make a noise when pressed on the touch monitors but do not alter the sim. The Knobster clicks when the button is pressed but again, no change in sim. I have tried this in several 2024 planes - Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Diamond DA42, Pilatus and some Beechcrafts all with the same issue.

The autopilot knobs/buttons on my Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant do change values in the sim ok. The bezels are SI’s from within AM and compatible with MSFS 2024. When I run a steam gauge panel then the Sim updates the instruments in AM but any knobs in AM do not alter the sim. One other issue in MSFS 2024 I have noticed (and seen raised by others) is that recently the ‘esc’ key sometimes does not take the sim back to the ‘end flight/settings’ etc options. If I minimise then re-open the MSFS 2024 window then this immediately resolves this. Don’t know if this is connected but thought worth mentioning.

Any help appreciated as I have run out of ideas. I’m not an experienced Windows user so layman’s language appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

When this is happening, does Air Manager show it is connected to MSFS?

This is displayed in the main Air Manager window, bottom right I believe.

Also, what plugin are you using? the latest from the website, or the Beta?

Run the beta.

Tks… AM does say connected to FS 2024 in both ‘automatic’ and ‘manual’ connection modes. I am using the latest Plug in 4.3 but will try the Beta. Tks. I read elsewhere that ‘Subscriptions’ in the Developer tab may be an issue - I have a mix of ‘subscribed’ and ‘unsubscribed’ there. Could this be an issue ? Regards, Mike

Tried the Beta plug in… no joy sadly.
