So i got the AT-802 from store in 2020 and while i figured out how to operate the scoops i cant find any binds at all to release the water ..
There is a button in the stick that does the job labeled “Open doors” but there is no bind whatsoever called that.. no bind in spray or water (except water ballast on/off and release wich doesnt do anything here) or drop or doors gates, nothing whatsoever.. i know in 2024 is Z but that doesnt do anything in 2020
Same problem. Manually is one thing. Its almost impossible to fly and manually acuate the spray lever. Tried to assign a keyboard action to the lever to no avail. Its aggravating

This is the button in the stick that discharges water.. but as you can see there is no bind whatsoever to that..
to load water i can set the scoops to manual , arm the system and set a max load (max is 800 gallons) and it will scoop water if going over 60-70 knots.. but so far discharge is only posible “physically” pressing the fire button
I have the same problem. Have you found a solution? Thanks.
No solution at the moment
What kind of stupid dumb answer is that?
We know we can drop water with the mouse.. its not practical when you are droping water over a fire flying low between trees
There is no bind button in 2020 for releasing water.. yes obviously.. why then all 3rd party aircraft that release water (like the Huey or the Canadair CL-415) use some other button (like toggle logo lights) and it works fine? because the AT-802 doesnt even have instruments lights.. for night flying you need to turn the cabin “dome” lighting to see the instruments like if i point a flashlight at them.. obviously logo lights or whatnot is not used in the AT.802 same as water ballast, fuel ballast and a miliard other items that could be linked to a simple button “open doors”

I agree, I don’t think that’s a good answer. Even when I tried to ask another question, they closed my ticket and I couldn’t do it.
It’s clear they released it without proper testing, and there are a lot of features that don’t work.
Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait for an update to be able to assign any key bindings.
I haven’t bought the Cessna C188B AG Truck yet. I’m worried it might have the same problem.
Has anyone tried it to see if it has the same issue?

Same for me with the CL-415.. i wont buy it if they release pay stuff not completed or bugged and when asked give such kind of answers
Want to clarify.. if they will fix this in future upgrades im ok with it.. its not good but at least would be dealt with and we understand they cant fix it “Now now now now” and would be need to be taken care of in future updates.. but this kind od ansewers “here you have a workarround wich is massivelly inconvenient and people have allready pointed it out as not being usefull .. “ are discoraging … like “they wont fix it as they see it as workable with workarround”
aaasnd 7 months later still not a single update or fix…
