After setting up the fuel via the Tablet the pumps are faulty…
What am I doing wrong…
Is it related to Configuring Fuel System for “Tank to engine” causes ENG SHUTDOWN ?
Help is wanted.

I don’t see any issues with your fuel pumps.
If you are referring to the hydraulic pumps (upper picture, top left), those are engine driven, and will engage when you start the engines.
Thanks for the reply. When I select in the main menu of MSFS2020 the airbus 310 and trying (if it not crash before ready for flying), It start Sometimes cold and dark, sometimes with running engines. The fuel screen looks alright all pumps are green and running and connected to the engines strait away. But when I change the fuel quantity in the Tablet then some pumps are not connected anymore even I did not change the total amount. Then later in flight I get an fuel issue with I can`t overcome. 1,5 Hour of flight the plane goes down due to pumps are not working in the correct manner. No power, total uncontrollable etc. And the A310 end of flight. … I can not figure it out what went wrong… Something with the Fuel management but why ?
