REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1.load up plane in free flight at any gate or runway
2.if at gate sometimes engines are on but no power to cockpit even after turning batteries on. If at runway engines are running but still no power in cockpit. Only screen lit up is the EFB. Throttles won’t move when trying to move them.
3.i have tried custom points loading in cold and dark, custom engines running, gates and runways. It’s like it’s suffering from black avionics but EFB works. Throttles won’t move no matter what panel state you set it at.

Thrustmaster airbus sidestick and throttle quandrant captains pack, turtle beach velocity one flight and turtle beach rudder pedals and mouse and keyboard.

I thought I would try out the Atlas finally today. Same issue on Xbox Series X su2 beta. Spawn on ramp, batteries won’t turn on. Throttle and control surfaces don’t work. Only thing that functions is importing simbrief. This reminds me of the ATR wasm problem in su1.

Yes when you spawn on runway, props are spinning but plane has no power.

• i have exactly the same problem. Also using X box x and Thrustmaster Captains Pack.

I have reported to Inibuilds today. Seems to be following SU2 update.

Thank you, I was planning on doing that as had no response from MS/Asobo on here.
Haven’t tried it on SU3 Beta yet.

• Yes, I’m having the same issue with this aircraft. Same with the Beluga Airbus as well.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
The A400 can’t be flown in free flight, there’s no power to the aircraft, the gpu can’t be removed
Regardless of how you spawn in, if you spawn on the runway engines will be running but no switches or anything work or the throttles, no displays or anything. This is in SU2

Yes, the same problem as mentioned above. I also have the exact same problem with the Airbus Beluga.

The A400M worked fine when I installed FS2024 for the first time in December 2024.
But now, in June 2025 nothing in these two aircraft (A400M and Airbus Beluga) is working anymore.
Not even the joystick and the throttle.
I tried to remove and reinstall fs2024 from the Xbox series x for at least 4 times, in the correct way. But the situation stays the same for both aircraft.
Also the display on the side is also not working at all.

That’s exactly my experience, Beluga and A400M both are broken, I tried both Series S and X. They work properly in SU3 beta though, you might want to try downloading the beta if you don’t want to wait.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

  1. When starting a flight from the runway, the A400M is running, but after few seconds, everything stops (engine, power, everything). And there is no possibility to relaunch the power, engine, etc. The plane stays stuck there…

  2. When starting from Cold & Dark, nothing is working… There is no way to starts battery, or external power, GPU, etc… Even if using the panel state on the EFB, it doesn’t work (Cold & Dark state, extarnal power state, APU power state, or Ready to takeoff state). Clicking on different states doesn’t change anything. The plane stays dead.

Hello,
I have the same problem with the Beluga , A400.
The screens are black, the motors are working, but I can’t do anything else.
I’m on an Xbox Series X.

• xbox series s and xbox controller and turtle beach .

Same problem as above, props turning but no power controls dont work. (Flight control surfaces do)

If started in the air in free fligjt same problem

Dont know what su 3 is or how to load it.

July 31st, Still having the same issue. At this point i don’t believe they are gonna fix it. After reading all the post and such, looks like no progress has been given my Microsoft on this issue. Sorry guys.

I haven’t tried it for a while. I will test this weekend and report my findings.
