After today’s update, my TCA Airbus Throttle presets (user-defined ones: I have separate profiles for FBW, Fenix, CRJ, CJ4, etc) are all gone. The joystick presets are still there. Where are these stored on my machine: perhaps I can find old versions somewhere?
They’re usually in the cloud though. Have you tried unplugging or replugging again?
Also, make sure you check your engine mode switch at the bottom front. A lot of people reporting this issue is because they accidentally moved the switch from Engine 1&2 mode to the Engine 3&4 mode without them realising, which prompts the sim to detect it as a separate piece of hardware, so your profile are not downloaded for them.
I tried all the usual IT solutions. Turns out, you were correct about the 1/2 switch having been moved to the 3/4 position!
