Aircraft have blue flashes, cockpit camera not holding. MSFS 24

When setting up a flight a lot of the aircraft are covered with a flashing
blue ribbon effect on runway. Also the cockpit instrument camera will not
hold position, keeps slowly moving downwards.
Any advice? Thankyou

I’ve not seen the blue ribbon thing. My first though is taxi way assistance. I always have them off.

I had the slow moving down view once many years ago. I think I had an axis binding for the camera where it didn’t have dead zone. But can’t be sure now.

Make sure that below option is unchecked:

Hello @Treacle002,

I can confirm that what @DementedCorn327 wrote above is correct. What you are seeing in your screenshot is the Aerodynamic Visualization. You can enable or disable this in the Options menu under Flight Interface.
