I don’t know if it’s a bug, the wind speeds throwing me off course or if the dogwater AI pilot is having a laugh, but accelerating for takeoff, I’m always having to fight the plane forcing it’s way to the right.
I have auto rudder turned off, as I though that was the issue, but it’s still happening everytime I takeoff, regardless of aircraft.
Any suggestions?

Auto Rudder, when on, should be helping you during takeoff to keep the plane moving straight. There is a physical effect called Propeller Torque Effect however it usually pulls the plane to the left, not the right. You might be getting a crosswind at the airport. What airport are you taking off from and what planes are you using?
Lately, I’ve been using the Cessna. Been taking off from a few spots on the West Coast, US with Live Weather.
But, you may be right. I’m probably just overthinking it.
I have Cessna 172 (if that´s what you meant out of the several Cessnas) pulling left at first (as it should), then slowly pulling right starting from about 30 knots onward and I need to apply left rudder to keep it rolling straight. This is with wind manually set to zero. The game´s ground handing has been all kinds of funky to varying extent since release. It´s not just you.

Watch out for the wind, always put your ailerons in the direction of the wind, even when you’re on the taxi, the plane will always tend to turn in the direction of the propeller which will necessarily make you put the rudder in the opposite direction, once that you have left the ground gradually bring your ailerons back to neutral and use your rudder to always have the nose of the plane in the wind and use your ailerons to stay aligned with the runway, it’s a trick you learn when taking off or landing in a crosswind
If a single-engine GA aircraft is turning right on the runway during takeoff or after touchdown, it is probably weathervaning (windvaning) due to a mild to strong crosswind coming from the right.
