So like others I’ve been stuck loading for a LONG time. I had finally got in and to my surprise I only have 9 aircraft with the deluxe version, and when I went to the FS 2024 folder, yep 9 aircraft. I restarted the sim and am in a long wait again, although I will still only have 9 aircraft when I finally get back in. This is a disaster. I expected some issues on day 1 but wow

Seems endemic. I have the Premium Deluxe version and hardly any of the aircraft were available. I made the mistake of thinking restarting the sim might help, but now back into that hour-long “Activating Packages” nonsense.
This is a TERRIBLE launch experience, team. No way to sugar coat it.

I did the same, restarted it and now can’t get back in. This is a horrible launch, laughably bad.

waited an hour to load in and only had the P51. Now waiting to load in again.
Lucky you, I’ve just loaded in after making the mistake of shutting down the sim and having to sit through the loading nightmare a 2nd time to find that the only aircraft I have is the ATR.
I bought the Premium Deluxe and I don’t even have any of the Standard edition aircraft.
Literally my only option is the ATR.

I have also purchased the Premium Deluxe version. That leaves me with two aircraft; the DA62 and the Cabri G2. That’s it. The Marketplace is not available.

Go into Marketplace, MyLibrary, and check the Not Installed packages. You may find the missing stuff there
I only have 8 aircraft with Premium Deluxe, and I can’t install any content in the content manager/Marketplace

Very bad release experience, as expected… Didn’t ever think it would go well. I also loaded the sim and guess what, barely any planes… where are the 150 aircraft??? think I have about 10 in total…
To get the missing stuff on Xbox, I had to install an Add On Support package external to 2024. Find it where the upgrades can be found on Xbox. Once you get this installed, restart 2024 and the missing airplanes will start to appear

My Deluxe and Premium Deluxe was listed there as Disabled, and no way to do anything about it.
Still don’t have any of the standard edition aircraft either

I went back into the microsoft store / My library and there were additional downloads, I am trying to download them now.

I quit for today, maybe tomorrow something is working.
I will do a flight in 2020, though. Let’s see if the servers behave.

Try this:
-Navigate to Settings>General>Online>Rolling Cache
-Set path and adequate cache limit (100+GB)
-Restart game
By default my rolling cache was set to my C drive (despite install on a different drive) with a tiny limit of 16GB.

Youre perfectly right.They messed up the launch through and through. So be it, it’s not the end of the world. It will work out eventually. I’m doing the same thing I did last night: not trying out the new Fligh Sim and looking forward to tomorrow. That’s absolutely fine with me.

Marketplace shows disabled.
15 million players, and probably half of them are right now trying to download the new sim.
No server park on earth can cope with this load (Space X to the rescue?)
I decided to take it easy tonite and try again tomorrow. If the new sim looks anything like the cinematic loading screens, we‘ll be in for a ride…!
