Aircraft performance - help

I have been flying sims for ever and I am also a pilot. My specs are great and MSFS 2020 is running smoothly as far as frame rates, scenery etc.

The issue I am having has to do with the aircraft. After take off, it is like I am in a wind storm. it is very difficult to keep the plane steady. I see uploaded videos and the experience I see on those planes is completely different than mine.

I am using the new Honeycomb Flight Yoke System and Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals.

I have adjusted the sensitivity settings on both to (- 10%). No great improvement.

Probably a configuration issue on my end.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem on the Cessna Citation Longitude. On takeoff, the plane does not want to take off and when it does, it is wobbly. I have to hit AP as soon as possible and still control the lift and roll until the AP starts flying right. And also the Cessna causes the sim to crash to desktop when flying downwind or final at KLAS. I herd that the Cessna also crashes at other airports too but I forgot what they were.
