Aircraft Pulling Hard To The Left On Landing/Takeoff

Even my A2A Commanche does it now. This problem has been with us once again since launch. The aircraft on takeoff/Landing will pull hard left into a circle normally ending in a crash. This has nothing to do with torque or weight ratios (unless it’s a bug.) I have now tried modern and legacy and the same problem occurs. Both with Yoke and joystick. Auto rudder does nothing, as viewed from outside the front wheel is straight and the rudder is straight, yet the plane once thrust is or throttle is activated turns into a hard turn, no matter how much I try to compensate.

Are you using FSRealistic?
…if so the Prop wash effect maybe causing this…I had the same issue with the Shorts…and somebody here told me about this…and it cured it by turning that effect off!

It sounds like is simulating the torque of the engine rotation and the effect the air from the prop colliding with the rleft hand side of the fin/rudder.

I think you should just leave the simulator in realistic mode and use the right rudder to counter the drift the the left :+1:

I have tried that unfortunately the issue remains. Even with the rudder pulled tight to the right it has no effect.

I have this issue too, I’m on Xbox series s. I’ve been simming since October and I do not remember a time I did not have this issue, with any plane (a320N, a339, b777, b787-10…). It seems that it might have more to do with the airport because it feels like in OMDB (Dubai) I do not have this issue, but it might just be an impression. I can hardly ever stay on center line even when I perfectly align before rolling. It’s genuinely frustrating. I just haven’t focused on that because there is a number of much more frustrating bugs going on. Honestly, since last December, I have been more dissatisfied than anything with the sim in general and its performance on Series S.
