  1. Description of the issue:
    When entering the airctaft in a mission or in training the flaps are in full position. You have to quickly retract them before any penalties apply.

  2. If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
    Cessna and Robin so far

  3. Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
    Yes

How often does this occur for you? (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)
Every time in Career.

• in Flight Training the Flaps allways go to 30°

If using Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition without Add-On delete the assigning of FLAPS AXIS to JOYSTICK LAXIX Z. This will solve the Problem.
