Current AIRAC in Navigraph holds this airport ICAO Code as SAME.

SAME is a different airport:

SAME → International Airport Mendoza (a.k.a. El Plumerillo) - a towered aiport.
SAMI → San Martin, Mendoza - a small airport mainly used by Aero Club San Martin

It is really disappointing! The airport actually looks quite realistic from the buildings and all in FS2024. Even says “Aero Club San Martin” on the hanger.

But still the “X” markers on the runway.

The ICAOs of SAMI or SATP don’t match up to any facility in in Jeppensen AIRAC? I found the DOP VOR in Mendoza and there’s a field nearby by the same designator.

So ANAC must not have reported San Martin as a facility to ICAO, because it’s not in the latest cycle by any of those designators.

Just for clarification:

DOP is not a VOR. DOP is the local Aeroclub Mendoza airfield. It is public. The position and runways are correct. DOP is the local 3-letter code. DOP does not have a 4 letter OACI code. So that is all correct.

DOZ (with a Z) is the local 3 letter code for SAME - the international airport in Mendoza. That is also all correctly displayed in FS2024. And SAME/DOZ has the local VOR.

And then the airfield in question here is SAMI (or local 3 letter code STI) in FS2024 incorrectly listed as SATP (but that’s for another forum thread). The airfield looks correct in terms of buildings/hangars and runways in FS2024 except for the “X” markers on the runway. Where does the info come from that the main runway is out of service?
