I loaded this airport, but all I see is runways, no terminal buildings, parking spots. Do some airports look like this one, with no buildings, or something is wrong ?

No - there is a dearth of information in Mainland China. Even Navigraph, which has more information on airports outside the US than the sim Navdata provider Navblue (Airbus), shows ZBAD as an empty airport. It’s just the nature of certain nation-states - there’s a lack of information for a variety of reasons.
