EDIT: It appears this is being caused by Navigraph! Can we please move to the appropriate forum? Removing Navigraph allowed all 3 airports to load without issue

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: CTD When trying to launch flights at KOSX, M44 or KLMS airport also causing CTD when overflying.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?Everytime

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Overfly area where ATC loads any of the 3 airports listed

  2. Launch a flight directly from any of the 3 above airports

  3. KLMS you can not even select FLY from world map. Trying to load custom location at airport CTD’s, trying to load flight from M44 will load but can not select fly and sim will CTD KOSX CTD before it loads

[PC ONLY] FAULT BUCKET ID

What peripherals are you using, if relevant: Irrelevant

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it? NO

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12? DX12

[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use? 5090

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share? 7800X3D/64GB DDR5 No overclocking on CPU/GPU

Hi,
You have forgotten to mention that you are using FSHud. Without FSHud, all three airports also work well with the Navigraph data.

Moved to User Support Hub as third party software causing issues cannot be filed in Bug Reporting Hub

Without fshud running and Navigraph installed I can not even load KLMS. The FLY option is gone in the world map.

Without Navigraph and FSHUD loaded or without FSHUD loaded the FLY option works fine and I can even spawn at KLMS in the 777.

If I add Navigraph back in the problem resurfaces….

Just to mention - it is related to the bug that was reported to Asobo and was confirmed by Asobo:

I don’t know if it’s Navigraph errorous BGL files or MSFS issue, but reading airport data using MSFS official SimConnect SDK (and this is the only thing that FSHud does) should not cause any of CTD.
